Martial Arts Spirit!

On June 18, 2008, Tomizaki's Champions Kung Fu Institute held their first Summer Carnival in the Treat Plaza Shopping Center at 4475-K Treat Blvd., Concord, CA. This event was a benefit for the Bay Area Crisis Nursery. It was a day filled with performances, games, arts & crafts, face-painting, nunchakus lessons and cardio kung fu.

It all started with an energetic Lion Dance performance, followed by performances with students as young as 4 years old, thru teens and adults. Several entire families of students performed kung fu skits which had everyone laughing. Master Tomizaki's performances were huge crowd pleasers as well.

Raffle prizes were donated by Tomizaki's CKFI, Fast & Easy, Groomingdale's, Togo's, Treat Cleaners, El Tapatio, SuperCuts, Little Caesar's Pizza, Los Alacranes and Growing Pains.
